RAGView provides diagnostic and monitoring tools for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. Our service includes:

  • Retrieval quality analysis
  • Context pollution tracking
  • Performance monitoring
  • API access and SDKs

3. Account Registration

To use RAGView, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be approved through our whitelist process
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service for competitive analysis
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • You must provide valid payment information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

6. Data and Privacy

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance

  • Suspend service for security reasons

Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RAGView is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RAGView against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any rights of others

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • We may discontinue the service with 90 days notice

Upon termination, you lose access to the service and your data may be deleted according to our retention policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
